How long is delivery?

Our standard delivery time is 4 to 6 weeks. This may increase during the summer due to holidays or prior to Christmas because of peak demand. If you require a faster delivery please give us a call and we will certainly try and accommodate you if possible. Alternatively, if, for example you are decorating and don't want delivery for a couple of months we are happy to postpone your delivery until you are ready to accept it.

Do we have stock items for quick delivery?

All our sofas and chairs are made to order but we always have a few end of line and discontinued products available in our showroom for immediate purchase and collection or quick delivery. Please call our showroom for details.

Do we dispose of existing furniture?

Sorry we do not offer a disposal service. We encourage our customers to donate their old furniture to charity and many charities such as the British Heart Foundation will happily collect. If your furniture is a bit past its sell by date your local council will in most instances collect and dispose of it and if you're really lucky do it free of charge.

Will drivers leave furniture in the garden if no one can be at home?

We really don't like leaving brand new furniture outdoors or in sheds/garages unattended. However we understand that with busy lives it is sometimes difficult to be home for delivery. Therefore as long as we have your written authority to do so (an email will do) and you accept full liability for any consequential loss or damage then we will leave your new furniture wherever you wish.

What happens if the furniture doesn't fit?

If your new furniture doesn't fit into the room of your choice or is too big for the room our delivery crew will happily return it to the factory. You can then decide if you would like a full refund or an exchange to a smaller size/different design.

What is Fabric protection and how does it work?

We spray your furniture with a protective water based non allergenic coating at our factory prior to delivery to your home. This coating will protect and restore your furniture against almost all household stains. However, if you are unable to clean away the stain you can call on the expertise of a professional cleaning service to remove the stain in your home. The fabric protection lasts for 5 years.

What is Leather protection and how does it work?

Our leather protection not only covers your furniture against household staining, it also insures you against any accidental damage such as rips, tears or burns. The leather protection policy lasts for 5 years during which time you can call on the services of a professional cleaner to remove any staining that may occur. A free cleaning kit is provided when you purchase leather protection.

How to wash & dry the removable covers?

We recommend washing your washable loose covers at 30 degrees to ensure a long life for your covers and to help save the environment. Use a non-biological powder with no optical brighteners or bleaching agents as these can prematurely wash the colour from the covers. Try to wash your covers as a set to avoid shade variation and line dry rather than tumble dry.

How to clean fixed cover suites?

Our fixed upholstery fabrics are made from many different materials so we advise seeking professional help from a professional cleaning service such as Renew if you need to deep clean your sofa. All fabrics will benefit from regular vacuuming with the soft brush attachment of your hoover. It is important not to spot clean or use any abrasive cleaning equipment when cleaning your sofa. A soft brush will usually do the trick but if more in depth cleaning is required please contact a professional cleaner.

If you are concerned about staining then please consider our fabric protection spray treatment which will prevent your spill becoming a stain and comes with a 5 year guarantee and a professional cleaner backup service.

How do I clean my leather furniture?

A soft damp cloth will take care of most cleaning tasks but take care not to soak the leather as this could cause a water mark to remain. Wipe away any staining with a soft damp cloth making sure you do not scrub the surface. Regular dusting and vacuuming is very important to prevent a build up of dust. Some leathers benefit from occasional conditioning with our LeatherMaster protection cream. We also offer a 5 year leather protection guarantee which not only covers against household staining but also accidental damage such as rips, tears or burns.
