The Old Trend is here to Stay

2017 saw grey become a staple colour in fashion and home style.

It’s exploded over the last few years, and there’s hardly a home across Britain that doesn’t have at least one shade of grey in it.

We still love grey as it’s a colour that will work well with almost any palette, and we have loads of fabulous grey sofas to choose from.

One of our favourites is the Richmond range.

Fully upholstered in a hard-wearing linen look fabric, it comes with moulded foam seat cushions for firm support and is mounted on a solid hardwood grey-wash foot.

Another big trend from this year which is sure to spill over into 2018 is Pink.

Pink works particularly well with grey (think back to the 80’s) and is an easy colour to work into your home.

We love the Amelia; a modern yet classic design which is slim and compact, perfect for the most smallest of spaces.

It’s available in 13 colours, but the Victoria Rose as an accent piece for the grey colour theme is great for this trend.

Join the Velvet Revolution

Velvet is a huge new trend at the moment and is sure to explode even more going into next year.

While you may think that velvet costs the earth (and you’d be right to think that, as it is a luxurious fabric), as we manufacture and deliver all of our own furniture, we are able to bring you luxury at low cost prices without skimping on the design.

A Jewel in Our Crown

Our popular Agatha model now comes in Opulence velvet in 7 lavish jewel colours, set to be hot in 2018.

Mounted on brown or grey wash hardwood legs, our Agatha is a modern classic with a fixed back support and bandaged arms.

Although this divine model has been imitated, the Agatha is unrivalled.

Sneaky Peek….

We don’t want to ruin the surprise, but we’ve been dying to share another new velvet fabric which will be released in 2018 called Circle Opulence.

Keep a keen eye on our website from January to ensure it’s in your basket!

If you’re desperate to get in on the velvet action but don’t need a new sofa, perhaps you can treat yourself to a statement chair.

Our Rebecca companion chair is already available in a linen fabric, but we’re sure you’ll agree that it looks equally amazing in Opulence Saffron.

We love the Opulence so much we’re going to be extending it across our range.

The Florence collection will be available in Opulence velvet from January and is sure to be in demand.

With a delivery date of 4-6 weeks it can be in your home before the start of spring.

New for 2018

'New 2018' Logo

Whist it’s impossible to see into the future, we always predict what’s going to be on trend for the year ahead, and 2018 isn’t any different.

We’ve already discussed velvet and jewel colours which are definitely going to be big, but another style influence will be warm tones, such as Russet and Terracotta.

Our Blenheim range is super stylish and comes in a floral super soft chenille Terracotta fabric, which is guaranteed to make you smile.

Available in matching plain, floral or striped fabrics, the Blenheim is perfect for combining coordinating fabrics, whether it be floral sofas with striped chairs or plain footstools, or a combination of all three.

We’ve been lucky enough to have collaborated with Sian Elin who has created a moodboard for this colour trend, giving you inspiration on how to work the look.

Another trend expected to be a highlight of 2018  is multipurpose furniture – flexible furniture that works for you.

These are modular sofas, and we’ll be introducing a new range in a mixture of leather and fabric in 2018.

If you’re too excited to wait, we already have the Elton, which can be configured in any way you want.

There’s lots more to choose from too; click on this link to take you into modular heaven.

We think statement pieces and eye-grabbing fabrics will be in demand, and our new fabrics will  capture your imagination – you just need to wait a little longer….
